  • Process: Washing .

Option 2: FUNKY Coffee – The Fruity Exotic

A bold and memorable profile, perfect for those seeking a brighter and edgier experience.

  • Flavor Profile: An explosion of flavor with velvety notes of smooth cocoa and praline , enhanced by a juicy and smooth citric acidity . The distinctive touch comes from the subtle hints of fermented strawberry .

  • Origin: Marcala, La Paz, Honduras .

  • Process: Natural, which gives the bean that fruity character and sweetness.

  • Ideal for: Filter methods (V60, Chemex) or an espresso that will surprise.
